Do your Smart Sweets contain gelatin?
Our Smart Sweets DO NOT contain gelatin. We use a vegan alternative know as pectin, typically made from apples or citrus fruits.
How do you colour your sweets?
While a lot of confectionery brands use carminic acid derived from red insects, you can rest assured that no animals were harmed in the colouring of your vegan sweets. We use natural colours derived from black carrots, elderberry, and gardenia, as well as calcium carbonate, carotenes and anthocyanins.
